About the program and creator:

20 years passed quickly since my desire to create StarTalker® began, but the love for understanding Astronomy will last forever. Reaching, creating and producing the StarTalker® Astronomy Program has been the most challenging endeavor I have every enjoyed and will miss those long hours.

It's my passion for astronomy that has gone into its creation. StarTalker® was not just produced...

it was developed over time choosing the easiest and most understandable method that I could use to pass on information. Cultivated by my professional career of 28 years as a designer/draftsman with a variety of firms around the United States. I've produced many projects for conveying information through drawings and words. No job was more inspiring than working at the VLA (Very Large Array) Radio Telescope Facility outside Socorro New Mexico, as a Electro-mechanical Designer. I'm privileged to have contributed to its construction and being there at the grand opening in 1980. Seeing the first radio images from the VLA antennas was the beginning inspiration for the idea of StarTalker.®
